About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated, hyper-organized Office Manager to establish and execute on operational and administrative activities who will have the unique opportunity to be the face of Riskified in our New York City location and have the responsibility to bring the Riskified work environment to life.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee of office operations including supplies and deliveries
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Field internal and external general office inquiries, as well as solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Vendor management: working with external vendors related to office supplies, technology, equipment as well as managing onsite cleaning staff
  • Assisting with employee travel: booking flights & hotels and producing travel reports in accordance with company guidelines
  • Manage planning and logistics associated with meetings and conference rooms
  • Welcome guests to the office
  • Assist various teams with different administrative tasks and projects
  • Responsible for maintenance and presentation of the office environment


  • 2+ proven work experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Officer, or similar role, preferably with a rapidly growing startup
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong interpersonal  and customer service skills
  • Outstanding organization and follow-through skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute items quickly, work under pressure and handle time-sensitive items with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree. A Degree in Hospitality Management or additional qualifications in Office Administration a plus
