User Roles
There are four Riskified user roles - Account Owner, Admin, Developer and Team Member. Every Riskified account can have only one Account Owner at a time, who cannot be deleted from the account. In addition to the Account Owner, every Riskified account can have multiple Admins, Developers and Team Members.
Role | Description |
---|---|
Account Owner |
The person who creates the Riskified account. While this role cannot be deleted, ownership can be transferred to another user. The Account Owner has access to all functionalities, and can create and manage the settings of all other users associated with the account. The Account Owner receives billing and payment notifications by default, until a billing email address is set. A Riskified account can have only one Account Owner at a time. |
Admin | The Admin has access to nearly all the available functionalities. Admins can change the account settings and manage the settings of all other Admins and Team Members. A Riskified account can have multiple Admins. |
Developer | Developers have access to all Admin functionalities. Developers can also log in to Riskified’s sandbox environment in order to conduct tests. |
Team Member | The Team Member has limited access to the application, including order management functionalities and dashboard view. Team Members do not have access to account settings and billing information. A Riskified account can have multiple Team Members. |
