This past month, our team had the pleasure of meeting with hundreds of eCommerce merchants at major industry events including the CNP expo in Orlando, IRCE in Chicago, and MRC Brussels. Time and again we heard from risk professionals about the challenges of presenting the business case to management for investing in fraud operations.
To this end, along with our friends at the MRC, we built an interactive tool that presents a holistic picture of the true cost of fraud for the organization and visualizes the business impact in a manner that can be shared with executives. This tool was unveiled at MRC Brussels (read more in our latest industry events recap).
