A decline pattern shows up in a segment you weren’t watching. You have a question, and you need an answer, now. Today, that usually means exporting a file, building a pivot table, or looping in your account manager to help pull the data together. All of that works, but none of it is instant. ARIA, Riskified’s new AI Risk Intelligence Analyst, gives your team a direct way to explore fraud and performance data the moment a question comes up.

Ask ARIA

ARIA is a conversational AI built directly into the Control Center. Ask a question in plain language, and it responds in seconds with charts and tables to back it up. No exports. No pivot tables. No waiting on someone else to run the report.

Want to see approval rate trends by billing country over the last six months? Understand why declines jumped in a specific segment last week? Pull numbers for a leadership review? ARIA answers directly and keeps pace with follow-up questions in the same conversation, so your team can drill down without starting over.

ARIA can answer questions using both standard Riskified metrics and your business-specific reporting logic. And it responds in the language you ask in, so a question typed in Japanese, for example, gets an answer back in Japanese.

From answers to action

A fast answer matters most when it changes what your team does next. Say ARIA surfaces an abuse pattern emerging in a segment you weren’t watching — a reseller quietly buying up limited-release inventory, for example. An analyst confirms it while the signal is still fresh, and a manager pulls the numbers for a leadership update in minutes instead of an afternoon. From there, the team can act on it directly, creating a policy rule to block that behavior before it spreads. ARIA gets you to the insight in seconds; the Control Center is where you act on it. A retailer who tested ARIA in beta shared, “What probably takes us maybe 30-45 minutes to put together, it did in like two seconds.”

“ARIA is a powerful resource for executive-level communications, providing rapid insight into the underlying drivers of data and decision outcomes. Its ability to articulate complex events and findings in plain language makes it an invaluable asset for creating concise, impactful summaries.”

Built for security

ARIA is built with data security at its core. Your data remains within Riskified’s secured infrastructure, the same environment that powers the Control Center.

When a user asks a question, ARIA translates it into a query against that environment. The underlying AI model does not store or process raw merchant data, and it has no access to personal customer information. ARIA is built and operated by Riskified as part of the platform itself, not a separate third-party layer.

For the teams closest to the data

ARIA is built for the people closest to the data: fraud managers pulling numbers for a leadership update, fraud analysts confirming a pattern before it grows, and operations teams who want an answer without waiting on someone else.

“The gap between understanding what’s happening and doing something about it is where fraud teams lose momentum,” said Lior Reichman, Product Manager at Riskified. “ARIA is how teams close it — the work shifts from preparing the analysis to acting on it. That’s where we’re headed: Riskified as intelligence that works alongside your team, not another system to operate.”

Where ARIA is headed

Having an LLM in your fraud stack is a necessary first step, but the real power comes next: connecting that assistant across every product you run, so each one informs the others. When order data, identity signals, and dispute history feed each other, new patterns emerge.

An AI assistant can suggest policy rules, help you draft them in plain language, flag alerts as new patterns appear, and track indicators over time. Give it the right data, and it becomes a working partner to your fraud analysts.

Merchants are only beginning to learn what this technology can do. ARIA is built to grow into that role, and the full range of applications is still coming into focus.

Try ARIA for yourself

ARIA is available to all merchants in the Control Center starting September 6, 2026. Log in and ask your first question.
