As we’ve gotten deeper into the process, we’ve found that there are a lot of levers to improve the return on the investment that we’re making in identifying areas within fraud… It’s extremely important that the accept rate is there. We were in chargeback programs for a substantial amount of time… but we’re currently out of any kind of chargeback programs. So while we’re able to optimize the accept rate, we’re also able to get out of these chargeback programs.
