At Riskified, we believe that making a difference isn’t just part of our mission, it’s part of who we are as a company. Employees are united by a shared passion to make a tangible impact on the local communities where we work, from supporting personal causes, to donating time and training to students and professionals, to honoring reservists, to caring for the environment. Our actions reflect the wide range of interests and diversity of our team. Here’s a look at what we accomplished this quarter:
Annual Global Tmura Vote
This quarter, we held our annual Global Tmura Vote. Tmura facilitates equity donations from tech companies to nonprofits in Israel. We selected four impactful organizations, and employees voted to determine how funds would be allocated. The final distribution: Natal (57.40%), Shavot (16.50%), Tsofen-Tashbik (15.70%), and Hoshen (10.40%).
Volunteer Donation Grants
To recognize the impact of our team’s volunteering efforts in 2025, we launched Volunteer Donation Grants. Each hour logged for volunteering translated into donation dollars, empowering employees to support causes they care about.
Through this initiative, we supported NGOs across multiple regions, including:
- Israel: Nashot HaMiluimnikim, Queen B, Natural Bonds, Mitchashvim, The Ramon Foundation, Milumentor, Make-A-Wish, Link 20, Hostages and Missing Families Forum, Hagal Sheli, Foundation for Holocaust Survivors, Educating for Excellence, Connections 20–80
- US: City Tutors, Cradles to Crayons, Fountain House, Hamilton Madison House, Room to Read, Suit Up, Trinity Shelter Place
- Australia: Magen David Adom Australia, Hatzolah Melbourne, C Care, Maccabi Australia – All Abilities, Bnei Brith Victoria, Ajax Football Club Australia, Nourish (TBI)
- Japan: Hands On Tokyo
- China: China Women’s Development Foundation, China Youth Development Foundation
- Portugal: União Zoófila
Mentorship & Tech Education: Hosting the Next Generation of Fraud Fighters
We hosted students and alumni from the OSINT Analyst course at Google and Reichman AI Tech School in our Tel Aviv office. Our Analytics team led hands-on sessions on fraud detection at scale, including real-world scenarios such as major ticketing scams. The program supported professional development while providing practical exposure to industry challenges.

Community Impact: “Career Change” Program Graduation
We hosted the graduation ceremony for the “Career Change” program, in partnership with the IDF Reservists’ Wives Forum, Elevation, and Bank Hapoalim. The initiative supports partners of reservists transitioning into HR and recruitment careers. Riskified contributed through expert panels, hands-on simulations, and workshops focused on practical skills and personal branding.

Remembrance and Continuity: March of the Living
On International Holocaust Remembrance Day, Holocaust survivors rang the Opening Bell at the NYSE, marking the launch of the 2026 March of the Living delegation. For the second consecutive year, Riskified is honored to support this initiative, standing alongside a delegation of nearly 200 tech leaders accompanying survivors and helping preserve their stories for future generations.
