Small Actions, Big Impact: Riskified Cares in Action, Q3 ‘26 Edition 

At Riskified, we believe that making a difference isn’t just part of our mission; it’s part of who we are as a company. Employees are united by a shared passion to make a tangible impact on the local communities where we work, from supporting personal causes to donating time and training to students and professionals, to honoring reservists, to caring for the environment. Our actions reflect the wide range of interests and diversity of our team. Here’s a look at what we accomplished this quarter:

A Summer of Volunteering Workshop

This August, Riskified Cares turned summer volunteering in Tel Aviv into a series of hands-on experiences, creating different ways for employees and their families to give back throughout the month.

We kicked off with two cookie decorating workshops, one for employees and another for employees and their children. Together, participants decorated cookies that were donated to Hatzorey School, a local school for children with special needs.

Next, employees and their children came together for a flower-arranging workshop, creating bouquets that were delivered to medical teams at Ichilov Hospital as a gesture of appreciation.

The series then moved outside the office. At the Azrieli Rooftop Garden, employees combined light woodworking and gardening to build mini green walls filled with aromatic herbs. The finished pieces were donated to Hozrim Lichyot, a rehabilitation farm supporting people recovering from trauma through animal-assisted therapy.

We wrapped up the series at Beit Al Hayam in Herzliya, where employees and their children built wooden balance boards. The boards will be sold to support the organization’s Hof Miftachim program, helping fund its work with people with disabilities and individuals coping with post-traumatic stress disorder.

Technology for Inclusion: A Second Life for 14 Laptops

This quarter, Riskified donated 14 laptops to the Jerusalem Open House for Pride and Tolerance, extending the life of our technology while supporting an organization working to build a more inclusive community.

The donation reflects a simple idea behind many Riskified Cares initiatives: resources that are no longer needed in one place can create meaningful value somewhere else.

Packing a Stronger Start to the School Year

Our New York team came together for a Back to School Pack Out in partnership with the Sydney Paige Foundation, supporting students from a special education school in the Bronx through Partnership with Children.

Employees assembled School Readiness Kits filled with essential supplies for the new school year and added personal notes of encouragement to each one. The completed kits were delivered directly to students, helping them start the school year feeling prepared, supported, and ready to learn.

Turning a Holiday Gift Into Impact

This Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, we added a giving-back element to Riskified’s holiday gift, inviting employees to donate part of their gift to one of four nonprofit organizations making an impact across Israel.

Employees could choose to support The Purple Home Front, supporting people with disabilities and their families during times of emergency; Venatata, working to create greener, more inclusive communities through urban nature; Alice Code, promoting opportunities for girls and women through technology and coding; or Habaita, supporting entrepreneurship and economic growth in Israel’s north.

From Aliyah to Career: Opening Our Doors with Gvahim

During September, Riskified opened its doors for a community meetup with Gvahim, bringing together Olim Chadashim (new immigrants) navigating their careers in Israel.The evening will offer participants a practical look inside the tech industry, including an introduction to Riskified and the world of fraud, a career session focused on identifying and communicating their strengths, networking opportunities, and a panel of Riskified employees who are olim themselves, sharing their personal career journeys, practical advice, and lessons learned along the way.By opening our office and sharing knowledge from within the company, the event aims to help participants build connections, better understand the local job market, and leave with practical insights for the next step in their careers.

Five Years of Tech Cares

For the fifth consecutive year, Riskified was recognized with the TrustRadius Tech Cares Award, celebrating companies that demonstrate a meaningful commitment to corporate social responsibility and community impact.

For us, the recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects something built over time: employees across our global offices continuing to volunteer, share their skills, support nonprofit partners, and find new ways to turn company resources into positive impact.
