The ranking is based on a data-driven analysis by Plant-A Insights Group in partnership with Newsweek, incorporating more than 2.6 million employee reviews and evaluating over 4,700 U.S. companies with 500–1,000 employees. Working with HR analytics firm Aniline, Plant-A scored employers across six categories — Working Environment, Culture & Belonging, Compensation & Benefits, Work-Life Balance, Career Progression & Training, and Company Culture — drawn from 55 individual scoring elements, with the top 500 highest-scoring employers named to the final list.
