At Riskified, we believe that making a difference isn’t just part of our mission; it’s part of who we are as a company. Employees are united by a shared passion to make a tangible impact on the local communities where we work, from supporting personal causes to donating time and training to students and professionals, to honoring reservists, to caring for the environment. Our actions reflect the wide range of interests and diversity of our team. Here’s a look at what we accomplished this quarter:
Building Independence: TOM Mobility Workshop
This quarter, our New York team partnered with TOM (Tikkun Olam Makers) to build Toddler Mobility Trainers for young children with physical disabilities. Working in small groups, employees assembled custom mobility devices using power tools, helping provide children with greater independence, confidence, and freedom to explore their world.

Walking for a Cause
During our Ascend North America conference, employees turned a morning walk into an opportunity to support a meaningful cause by partnering with the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation (CPARF). Guided by the theme “We move so others can too,” Riskified donated $100 for every employee who participated. The funds will help support research, mobility equipment, and physical therapy programs that promote greater independence for people with disabilities.

Bringing Comfort Through the Alma Project
In Tel Aviv, employees volunteered with the Alma Project, a safe haven for young women recovering from extreme trauma. Volunteers decorated handmade heating pillows that will be given to residents, offering a small but meaningful gesture of warmth, comfort, and care throughout their recovery journey.

Cooking for the Community with C Care
Our Melbourne team partnered with C Care for a MasterChef-style volunteering experience, preparing and packing meals for vulnerable individuals and families. Employees turned fresh produce and pantry staples into nutritious meals, helping provide dignified food relief to members of the local community.

Supporting Opportunity: Trinity Place Shelter Donation
In June, our New York office donated 40 Mac laptops to Trinity Place Shelter, providing LGBTQ+ young people rebuilding their lives after homelessness with access to essential technology. The laptops will support job searches, education, resume building, and access to critical community resources, helping residents take the next steps toward independence.

Empowering Women in Tech with Queen B
Also in June, we hosted the Queen B team at our Tel Aviv office for an evening focused on professional growth and confidence-building. Through discussions on imposter syndrome, personal branding, and navigating careers in the AI era, employees shared practical advice and experiences with young women preparing to become the next generation of leaders in technology.

Remembrance and Continuity: March of the Living
This quarter, Riskified continued supporting the March of the Living alongside Israel’s high-tech community. Despite significant challenges caused by the ongoing war, a collective ₪1.5 million tech grant helped enable 11 Holocaust survivors to participate in this year’s March following a temporary ceasefire. The remaining funds have been reserved to help ensure the rest of the planned survivor delegation can make this important journey in 2027.

Celebrating Pride
Throughout Pride Month, our teams celebrated and supported LGBTQ+ communities through local partnerships and community initiatives.
In New York, employees enjoyed a catered lunch from Blue Park Kitchen, a local LGBTQ+-owned business, and supported Trinity Place Shelter with a donation of 40 Mac laptops. The laptops will help LGBTQ+ young people rebuild their lives after homelessness by providing access to education, job opportunities, and essential community resources.

In Tel Aviv, employees took part in a Eurovision-themed Happy Hour hosted by Rainbow Tour TLV, where they learned about LGBTQ+ history and heard a personal story from the host, Slav Adam Leibin. We also partnered with The Triangle Club (Hameshulash), Israel’s independent LGBTQ+ theater, providing employees with tickets to performances that amplify authentic LGBTQ+ voices and stories.
