Since implementation, Riskified has become an essential part of our day-to-day operations. We’ve seen improved acceptance rates, reduced fraud exposure, and a smoother customer journey. Since the moment we implemented Riskified, we inmediatley started to see the switch from analogic manual review to modern and sophisticated fraud prevention solution which went beyond the automatization. It also provided increase of sales due to authorization increase from the banks. After using for a while the chargeback guarantee module, it helps us to make the move to implement policy protect item limit module to automatize or manual system of blocking abusers or resellers without the full capability of viewing the full identity.

After the migration, our approval rate has increase by 2% and the volume of fraudulent chargebacks has significantly decreased. Rollout of Riskified has also freed up a lot of time in our CX team, where people no longer had to manually review orders.
